Tasting Notes	Intense dark red colour. The nose shows an interesting array of berry aromas which include raspberry, black cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry with a hint of liquorices and clove spiciness. This Cabernet has a soft entry with concentrated fruity finish. Flavours picked up on the nose carry through to the palate with a silky soft finish
Vinification	Grapes are picked at optimum ripeness. Careful soft extraction is done during fermentation to allow for a softer more rounded wine. Delicate use of wood ensures more complexity without overpowering the fruity aromas.
