| Tasting Notes | A Dark Ruby Color. Smooth on entry with dark fruit; diving into notes of blueberries, black cherries, (lavender), violets, and spice aromas with hints of black pepper and vanilla. A Wine that is very enticing with soft smooth tannins. A full rich flavored wine, with an elegant lingering finish. Some may also pick up a savory edge. |
| Vinification | Varietals harvested, fermented and matured separately. Each component was picked at optimal ripeness. Meticulous extraction procedure was implemented for optimal fruit extraction and balance of tannins. Only 300-liter barrels were used during the 18-month maturation. Combination of French, American and Hungarian oak was used to add extra complexity to this blend. |

Very deep ruby red colour. Cherries, raspberries, plums, and spice with subtle lavender and rosemary undertones. Different layers of aromas with a good balance between fruit and spicy oak aromas. Wine has a fruity entry with cherries, raspberries, and blackcurrants. Good depth of flavors with balanced oak influence. Shows a good dry but soft finish with juicy tannins on the middle palate. Mouth-filling tannin structure that will develop nicely with proper cellaring.
